How long does it take to get an appointment?

We do our best to schedule your appointment at the earliest opportunity, depending on craftsman availability and your schedule. Usually we are able to schedule within a day or two.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. We are licensed with the city and fully compliant with WSIB. We also carry $5,000,000.00 in liability insurance.

Do you do background checks on your craftsmen?

The franchisees are asked to perform annual background checks on the craftsmen.

Does your work come with a guarantee?

The work comes with a written guarantee that covers a majority of projects that we do for 1 year.

Do you take credit cards?

Yes, your local office can take a credit card number for your payment. Alternatively, you can pay by check at the time of service, payable only to Handyman Connection.

What if I have to reschedule an appointment?

To reschedule, you can click on the link on the confirmation email you will receive, or you can just give us a call.
