The first person sent over was not a plumber. He took a picture of the leak and the sent to his boss. His boss was then to send a plumber. No time guaranteed
The person sent the next day did not have all his tools. He was told it was a drain. He left to get some copper piping and torch. He said he would be gone 30 minutes. He arrived back 90 minutes later. He said he tried replacing the copper twice, but could not stop the leak. He went and got some flex hose and this resolved the issue. A job that was supposed to start at 9:00 a.m finished around 2:15 p.m
