When it comes to your home improvement projects our craftsmen have the expertise to get the job done and done right. Each one of our craftsmen has over ten years of experience and have all gone through a thorough background check. Handyman Connection of Blue Ash's team of professionals is passionate about taking your home improvement dreams and making them a reality.
Derek Christian took over this Franchise in April of 2017. Since then, he’s been working tirelessly to tweak our policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction. Derek was previously employed at Proctor and Gamble and currently flips houses around the city bringing years of home renovation experience to Handyman Connection.
Customer Service Representitive
Jordan took on the role as Office Assistant of Handyman Connection in June of 2016. She graduated from Middletown High School in 2015 as one of the top ten students in her class and is currently attending Miami University as a junior for Sociology. Jordan has held previous roles such as receptionist, cashier, and customer service representative. Her main role in our office is to assist the craftsman and office manager with setting up appointments, connecting with customers, and keeping the office organized. Here at Handyman, we want to ensure our customers feel connected and well informed in the construction process.
Bianca graduated from the University of Cincinnati in 2003 with a BBA in Accounting. She was previously employed at Dan the Doorman where she managed a crew of service technicians. She currently takes care of customer service as well as the accounting.
Charles (Chuck) Loop is the Senior Service Advisor at Handyman Connection. Chuck grew up in Monroe, Ohio and graduated from Monroe High School. After High School he enlisted in the US Air Force, where he spent four years. While in the Air Force he attended college in Aviano, Italy.
Shortly After being honorably discharged from the military, Chuck began his career in the construction industry when he started a flooring sales and installation company in West Chester. After four years of success he was ready for his next challenge. This is when he began working with a local basement waterproofing company as a Field Sales Representative. After seven years in this position he had achieved many accomplishments, such as; Salesman of the Year for four years and Salesman of the Month for fifteen months. After realizing what an asset Chuck was to the company, they quickly promoted him to Sales Trainer and not long after excelling yet again, he was chosen to be Sales Manager. Handyman Connection is excited and lucky to have Chuck as part of our team and we are confident that you, our valued customer, are in the best of hands with your home improvement project.
Joe Kelsey grew up in the Lebanon area. He has 14 years experience in home improvement retail along with 10 years of construction experience.
